Silver has been acting very good lately. On Thursday night even as gold was taken down another 2 bucks to 288, silver was holding unchanged. And on Friday silver was up all day (at one point up 9c).

Silver shorts may be screwed,

if the economy is improving and there are shortages or;
if rising interest rates will force some loans to come due.

Copper looks real good too.
