The Merrill "downgrade" was due to price appreciation. It still has a long term buy, if I remember correctly. Also, today Robbie Stevens restructured it's recommendation matrix, AOL slated as "Strong Buy." I also read somewhere about Goldman Sachs reit AOL on the recommended list. Oh yeah, I think there was also something coming out of CS First Boston about internet stocks today, or yesterday. S.
