Individual investors are still pummelled by huge big money houses that are allowed to computer trade with advanced knowledge of buy and sell orders. Only split seconds of advanced notice, but the computers that trade the stocks can act just as fast. Why doesn't the Obama SEC do something about such an uneven playing field? The dump huge baskets of stocks or make huge buy orders to whip the markets around like personal rag dolls.
