With 50-60Million in cash and no debt the company would be high on the list of takeovers given the blessings of WMS(same CEO and address).The P/E is low inaddition to shares solidly in the hands of WMS,DiCastro and Redstone.....they will grab any and all shares tomorrow from the weak of heart,short-term oriented investor.
