- if AET rejects the $70 bid; and says we want to see what others will offer, the stock soars - if AET says okay to $70; the stock goes to $67+ - if AET says you're nuts, we're worth so much more than $70; the stock soars as well. - Given Aenta's huge earnings; book value; and market share, it's extremely hard to stay below $60 under any scenario
