Schwab & E Trade are both delaying and losing certificate requests. I know that S is a big short in the market. I suspect they are very short OVIS also. Demand those certificates and make a SEC complaint in the matter. I know of 300,000 plus shares that are in those two companies that have been lost (people emailing me already). Another way around them is to DTC account transfer to another brokerage firm. I use PCFN now DLJ Direct and have had no problems there... Riley G
