Ameritrade had problems with computers long ago, when it was still Ceres Securities. Their website remained the same without any changes (except the name) for more than two years. The contents of their webpage is poor, almost nothing, not informative. As I told before, the technical staff at Ameritrade doe not have enough expertise. Unfortunately, the management could not do anything to change. Customers who opened accounts with Ameritrade are stuck there, because it is complicated to move margined positions, and because everyone does hope that they will improve. So far, they can't, and the situation seems to become even worse. William
