Badger,

Identix has not had any news releases, other than the one made by Oracle, in over a month. I believe their Investor relations firm, SouthCoast Communications, realizes this and may want to release something, anything before the end of March. The stock usually trades higher on new contract releases. Identix is working on so many fronts that it is hard to predict when the next release will come and what the content will be. The stock usually floats downward when there are large elapses of time with no news. If there are no new releases in the next two weeks, the stock will likely drift below $11. Any dip in the stock price would probably only last until the 3Q conference call in April. Bottom fishing is a dangerous game. You are weighing the odds of further downward drifting against the probability of a major announcement that send the stock up $2 in a single day. Which day this Spring will Oracle actually make its next release? I wish I knew the answer.

I would purchase on a dollar cost average basis over the next month and one half. Things will really pick up after the 3Q earnings release.
