Chris - I use WebStreet right now - have had few problems. Ref your problem - contact the company and try to work out a deal for them to make good on not only the buy but the money you lost on the sale - if you talked with a broker, they should have a recording of the conversation. Most brokerage firms stand behind their mistakes but if you don't get the problem handled, contact the NASD at their site - www.nasd.com - and file against DBD. Good luck. jb
