I think you are probably right about the 2-3 months. I would assume that management will use this time to legitimize the company. Firstly by becoming fully reporting, and secondly, (likely) by moving to a different exchange. I say this because of the recent filings that have already been discussed. It would seem that management would do its best to change exchanges, particularly if the price stays up where it is.
