I was surprised how inexpensive the shipping charges were. I mailed almost 18 pounds priority mail for $23 and they have a less expensive rate than that. All US packages addressed to APOs and FPOs must originate at a US Post Office. FedEx and UPS don't deliver. Also, all packages should be addressed to a specific soldier or job title such as "Commanding Officer." * * *
