Paul Allen doesn't sell much stock.

The millions of dollars of stock he sells are trivial compared to the billions of dollars of stock he owns. David Fiddler sold 25% of his stock in the secondary offering. Has Paul Allen ever sold 25% of his stock at one time? Or does he spread it out by selling a little bit every year or two?

Paul Allen has routinely sold millions and millions of dollars worth of MSFT stock every year or two...he was one of the co-founders of MSFT...does that mean MSFT is over-valued every time he sells some shares ???

Paul Allen is not the chairman of the board of Microsoft, nor has he had any active involvement with the company for at least 10 years. Bill Gates hasn't sold 25% of his shares.
