Nigel No there has been no disclosure regarding the size of their funding committments. I have seen these or similar things in a couple of the other arrangements too. Note that in this case the funding concerns the partner - not the J/V. Which I believe is a better choice. It will in most cases be "safer" to fund the partner rather than the J/V directly. Ice
