Myron, on PVTR. I liked the news yesterday... in tamden with AOL's, Real Networks', and Macromedia's and all of these stocks were up strong before the bell. I was hoping to catch a ride.

I don't have the slightest clue as to how to calculate overhead. How did you come to 3 million shares ? Have you taken a look at PVTR's float ? How can the overhang be larger than the float ? That's quite a turnover that would be necessary to take out the overhang.
