No One will take EDIG (or any other stock) seriously when listed on the pink sheets. EDIG is traded on the OTC:BB, not the pink sheets. Taken from OTC's web site: otcbb.com The OTCBB is distinct from the Pink Sheets. The "Pink Sheets"© are operated by the National Quotation Bureau, LLC (NQB) and are a static paper quotation medium printed weekly and distributed to broker/dealers. An electronic version of the Pink Sheets is updated once a day and disseminated over market data vendor terminals. The Pink Sheets are not owned or operated by The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. You should also check you NASDAQ listing requirements as well as I think you might have missed some of it: nasdaq.com mike
