Sig , it is just speculation that Saddam or one of his henchmen may have brought their Baathist buddies a gift for entry.

But he would not need an intercontinental missile to threaten a USA city, all he would have had to do is threaten Saudia Arabia's export facilities and he would have devastated the world economies and made his exports much more valuable.

Maybe he watched Goldfinger.
