There would have been more redemptions if more people knew they could move from stocks to cash without actually withdrawing retirement money. I kid you not!

I have asked numerous clients over the last few months as to why they did not go to cash. 90% have said they could not without paying a penalty for early withdrawal of qualified funds. They do not realize there are cash reserve funds they can move into.
