Please note the following information from Penson:

1. There will undoubtedly be market inefficiencies today.
Please strongly encourage your customers to be very careful
in their trading practices. It is likely that there will
be little patience from the street and from the regulatory
community for aggressive trading today.

2. We have been informed by the CBOE that orders in options
with crossed or locked markets WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY
FILLED, but will be dropped at the ABN booth for manual
processing. Given the expected volatility and volumes today,
we expect that manual fills will be extremely problematic.

3. We expect that we will get little or no assistance in
complaining about executions or order handling. We also
expect that NASDAQ will be not be particularily concerned
about backing away.
