You do know that the Nuclear Option was proposed by a Republican Senate to take on Democrats who were probably an order of magnitude less obstructive that when Reid actually did a partial implementation? Given that the Republicans then extended it once in power really diminishes the impact. Smirk issued far more executive orders and signing statements than Obama. I know who actually abused them, but... What lies might those be? Given the pack of clowns that are the Republican field, no one can be weaker than that. The top runners are a fascist, or at least one pitching to those with fascist tendencies, and a Dominionist. Talk about a weak field...
