But they have already blown it by delaying and underfunding Year 2000 projects. It doesn't matter to Clinton, a lame duck. Our V.P. ( on the Information Superhighway bandwagon ) is going to look bad during the election campaign prior to 2000 because of his lack of leadership on the "Y2K" problem. I'd rather see lotsa millions of dollars spent on fixing the Federal Government's multi-agency Year 2000 problems. Let CSCO speed-up the internet by selling lots and lots of BFRs. << But the government is stupid. Our pres. Clinton is a bozo. >> << They are going to blow it. At least delay progress. >>
