Lucky Lady, I am receiving the same information on that time frame for the Form 10. I understand the "Emmergent" side of this equation is what is being completed now. Moreover, I am of the opinion that once the Form 10 is filed, ITKG will be addressing the "profit" line on their P&L statement. And, you ask, how will they address that issue ?
