Afghanistan:
I know you neocons have a very short term memory, but let's follow this back in time a bit, shall we? We're in Afghanistan fighting Al Qaeda and the Taliban, who attacked us because of our troop presence in Saudi Arabia, who were there because we were securing our oil supplies.

Iran:
We're not at war with Iran last time I checked. I know you neocons want war with Iran asap, but let's not jump the gun.

Israel-Palestine Conflict:
Again, we aren't at war with either of those countries. Are you now suggesting we go to war against the Palestinians? Does your bloodlust know no bounds?

As for the strategic importance of the Middle Eastern countries and the Persian Gulf, I think everyone knows why it has strategic importance: OIL! So you prove my point. If we weren't dependent on oil, that whole region would lose its strategic importance in a nanosecond and our problems with the region would disappear over night. That's too good for you though. You prefer a world where there is danger everywhere of our own making so that we can continue to be enslaved to a hostile region for their oil supplies.
