for a decent amount of time, you may want to remove the "all or nothing" status from your order. maybe the fact they don't want to fill it should be telling us something.

Also, if investor relations is that backed up, then heavy investor interest still exists. Obviously, no one has been told anything negative or the price would be dropping instead of rising.
