Any such broad incompatibility would be extremely well publicized. Most problems trace to other components most, often the motherboard. By the way, are you sure that Suse Linux 8.1 is compatible with configuring it as you apparently have for that particular multiple boot system ? Do let us what you find out. Regards, DARBES
