If we hold a firm course in Iraq, proving our intent to stay and finish the job, others will join the parade to help.

We dont need more killer troops so much as needing super cops in the neighborhoods who will stand and fight until our choppers can move in.
Thats a job for trained Iraqis, and any outside help frees more of them for that purpose.
