I agree with what you say.
NOTHING has changed! Nothing.
The techs are the growers.
The reason that the 'old econony' stocks got so undervalued is because they are mature companies, i.e. slow to average growers. Even IBM has single digits revs.
How long do you actually think the smart money is going to stay with slow growers?
The growers are the JDSU's, not the Fords and the International Papers.
As for the financials, who wants to be in financials in May while AG is raising rates? Not Abby and Mark Mobius, you can bet...
As for when to make your buys, that should hinge on what your comfort zone is and how your current finances can best handle risk reward.
Getting in at the bottom is good for those with plenty of cash who can afford to be wrong. The rest should wait for for a market turn, which should occur with earnings..
