If for no other reason than that everybody else does. :)

Intel may be breaking-out of a downtrend. Today was a very bullish move. It needs to clear the 200-day moving average more decisively, but in any case we are at a critical juncture.

Which way things go, I will not predict, but I'd watch INTC and take your clues from there.

Lack of volume is a concern. If we see a kick up in volume, that will be a very good sign.
