Ron, some time ago I read in a SC paper that the state chapter of the Sierra Club was granted $35,000 by the national organization to investigate DHEC. I have asked them for any information they could give me about that effort. The Sierra Club is probably mostly volunteers so I don't expect a prompt reply. Charles P. S.
