Re: Cook's method I agree Steve. You may win big on some, but looking for the big premy will bring you to your knees eventually. NOT ENOUGH EMPHASIS ON RESEARCHING FOR GREAT CO'S. Remember that poor guys story. He read Cook's book, bought WSJ, did 2 or 3 plays & got swallowed up, & a nice big, fat margin call, to boot!! Then he found this thread to tell us his sad story. I've been there too. I've paid my dues. Now I'm learning the correct way, thanks to you & Herman. Most of Cook's students are scraping nickles together for his courses, tapes, etc. then with what little's left they play the options game hoping to get rich. Doesn't work that way. Cook sugar-coats everything which I find misleading & his prices are outrageous! IMO. Bill
