Oh no Jim you were just the one that I happen to post .. sorry about making you feel you were the reason .. I am getting all kinds of accusations thrown at me.

I have bought all my stock on the open market. I did not buy any stock in a private placement. I have not received any options nor stock. I have not sold when they were up there at the highs. I was even buying on the rise which I hardly ever do.

I am prepared for any accusations and very much prepared to address anything in a court of law for those that so wish to want to go there. Everyone I know is out an equity loss because of Dan Fisher's actions.

Now to my knowledge he has not got away with anything because I was able to get the SEC attorney on and stop transfers were made.

Now I am taking the verbal whatever by stepping up as the IR guy to keep the facts straight. I have talked to Steve King and we are pursuing an attorney for legal counsel for us the shareholders. I cannot pay for it because I have such an equity loss in MIDL right now.

However I am trying everything I know as a private investor... and just because I offer myself for the verbal slaughter does not mean I am not looking at optins as a private investor.

Also since MIDL and the FBI and so forth are looking into all the affiliation of Dan Fisher I do not think they would have accepted me as a voice if they thought for a second I was invoved in this.

Emotions are high and opinions are flying. E-mailers out to gain a following bashing whoever with great hind sight. But no one can tell me how this could have been discover or seen other than the way it hapened.

So I apologize for amking that post to you and possibly allowing you to think I making it to you.
