He likes the reference to the FTC and cigarettes in "Truthseeker's" version. Still much ado about nothing. What he doesn't want to talk about is HRCT's current situation. Now that HRCT is reporting revenues, SinoBull is up and operating, and the 10Q has been filed on time by BDO, the things Phan has said would be done are falling into place.
