Oh yes he has . I believe it was on 60 minutes that showed how he harassed a woman trying to get her to testify to his tune.He threatened her with criminal prosecution on other charges.As a result she lost her consulting business and with it her lively hood.He never charged her with any crime.Now what is this? If she had committed an act that he felt was criminal charge her!If not no citizen should be subject to such attempted blackmail. pez
