Excellent post Michael! For the record let me preface it with the fact that I like IOMG and wish the stock price goes to the sky. Nevertheless cool head should govern our decision and less emotion that follows with Q3 announcement.

1st : IOMG move to NYSE. What will happen then? Let us evaluate. NASDAG is the home of many high tech companies which command high evaluation ASCEND, CISCO, etc etc. NYSE is home of solid and established cos where the PEs are modest or way low as compared to high tech firms. As it is now IOMG is considered having too high of PE. What will happen when it is on NYSE?

2nd : Conference call with analysts. In essence KE is telling those MMs : thanks but we will not need you anymore as IOMG is moving. How would you react if somebody is talking away your gravy train? Do you think MMs will have good things to say about IOMG tomorrow, or will they find something wrong with the
company such as declining margin, competition which KE says he is taking it seriously.

3rd : MMs have a lot of stake in the Oct and Nov option expiration. As everyone knows the majority of options expire worthless. The number of contracts for Oct 25 calls is just staggering. That's why it is more likely that IOMG will close slightly below 25 tomorrow. The same scenario will probably repeat in
Nov (up to Nov 15).

4th : Until IOMG trades in NYSE, MMs still controls the market, and they will chow everything they can get their hands on IOMG
