Medinah Energy: FIRST TARGET LAKE ELSINORE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 1999-- FIRST TARGET
Gordon House P. Geo., reports from Chile on progress of drilling program, Alto de Lipangue project.
Diamond drilling crews have set up on the first of several anomalies identified by a previously conducted IP survey on Medinah's Alto de Lipangue project. The first target is an IP high.
At latest report, Mr. House noted the drill core recovered at the 30-meter level passed through a flat shear zone of andesite dipping underneath the breccia cap. The andesite indicates a classic sulfide halo that would surround a porphyry system. Mr. House stated that he has not seen this amount of sulfide in andesite on the surface of the property. Drilling continues.
On behalf of the Board of Directors Per: Larry Regis, President
