MIAMI LAKES, Fla., March 27 /PRNewswire/ -- ECOS Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ECOS) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Evans Environmental & Geosciences (EE&G), has signed a joint venture agreement with Charleville Development Corporation. The joint venture between EE&G and Charleville Development was formed primarily to respond to demands from EE&G's clients for design-build and building renovation services. Both firms are headquartered in South Florida, and this joint venture is expected to provide EE&G with the ability to provide construction/renovation related services to existing clients and attract new clients who require construction expertise.
