Proposal for issuing bans -

This thread is supposed to be a non-political thread. But that is only a part of recent problems - the Big Kahuna we are experiencing is the growth of personal insults. And it is obvious to me from the majority of messages to me about what to do is that insults cannot be tolerated - not from anyone.

So I propose that effective February 1st that:

- warning message PMed to the person.
- then a permanent ban be issued if the warning isn't heeded.

Please, let me hear your thoughts and if this is acceptable then I will incorporate it as part of the thread head.

Thanks and I am truly sorry things have come to this point that we must act in this way.
