Eric: Yes, I mean 2Q. If Cube's revenue growth drops by 25%, I get 55 cents after taxes. I think that 25% is way too much although the action in teh stock appears to be saying otherwise. Street estimates for Cube have always been low. Horrible picture today, teh selling at the end was incredible. hard to understand but markets dont lie, they just act. Someoen called me from NY and told em that they had heard that Lehman was negative on cube due to seasonality. Used contacts to get the latest Lehman summary and here it is: Date June 6 1) Yesterday stock dropped 9.2% (to 46.75) on a report that VCD sales growth was slwoing down due to typical consumer electronics seasonal effect 2)We believe CUBE should still report sequential growth in both revenues and earnings for quarter ending June 30 3) During a road show management stated that it still expects strong Video CD sales for this year and also expects to manatin a significant portion of teh market in 96 and 97 4)We view the price decline as excessive since the comapny continues to be very well positioned to benefit from teh growth potential of teh digital video consumer and communication markets. 5) We are manatining a 1-Buy recommendation and our one-year priec target of $80 per share. The summary gives numbers, if anyone is interested I can post them. I also saw a recommnedation in Barrons, but I did not read the thread this weekend so it may have been posted. Ugly pattern despite all this, worried but holding. Miguel
