John, Where did you get your information regarding the following?

"There is an allegation afoot that suggests that the 2MM shares were not issued by the company, but were restricted shares given (in lieu of payment) to a contractor/supplier. From there they were possibly stripped of their restricted status and sold to victims by the MM."

I doubt this was done as it's illegal and easy to catch. The company would be the first to scream and holler if it were true.
