MEGH & ABMI Gary, you are right! (so what's new) ABMI just filed a 144 on 4/22/98, which was preceded by its 10K and board meeting. I think THAT's the way it's supposed to be done isn't it? Think I'll make it a convertible....hehehehehe <g> :-) Binder
