IGIT, I was referring to only a minimum of the violence depicted in the Bible, since all history that old has been subjected to errors in translation, and in some cases, IMO tampering by certain groups involved in said translation. The violence that angers me, is that which madmen claim is authorized by the Bible, when in fact, it is the result of their own greed, or anger.

I am sorry, but I have a habit of talking about the Bible, and my Faith at every opportunity.

Since I have not studied the Quran to any length, I feel comfortable in taking your word for what it says. The fact that it does foster violence as a tool of Islam, is disconcerting to me. If all Muslims were to accept, and act upon, such precepts, much blood will be shed. Although I was trained as a warrior, the most attractive goal to me, is that there be no war.
