You are not missing anything. You are correct that these are naked puts that I sold. I do not have any other position in LGND long or short. And you are correct that it is the put owner who decides when and if the puts are exercised. And he can do so at any time until the third Friday in February, though the puts are rarely exercised until the month of expiration.

I'm off hiking for a few days in the Eastern Sierra.
