Bush needs to learn how to balance a budget instead of just giving tax cuts to the richest most miserly people, many of whom don't even want the tax cuts. It's very un-Christian too because Bush's policies shaft the needy while rewarding the already-wealthy. The biggest winners under Bush are the idle rich class. They get the biggest tax breaks. The ones who don't need it.
