The budgets need to be balanced soon. The GOP has done the country a great disservice by demonizing taxes. When I was growing up people thought of taxes as a patriotic duty to theri country. Now you have Bushies evading taxes as much as possible, and there is very little enforcement. Bush fired one third of the IRS lawyers whose specialty was going after very rich tax cheats. That tells us a lot. Bush is for the elite tax evaders and then hands the biull to the middleclas once he leaves office. He will probably leave around 5 trillion in new debt. 1 trillion from the Iraq occupation alone. That will eventually cost you something like $40,000. So just remember, it's all a loan, not a gift.
