The deal could have been 2 shares of tracking stock for every one of seek. The deal could have been that seek gets 50 percent and dis 550 percent. The deal could have been structured with dis stock with an option for the tracking stock. Or if dis can't afford to buy, then maybe it should do what the rest of us do when we see that nice, shiney 312 carat diamond in the window at Winston's. Just keep walking.

But Harry cut us a lousy deal. And the opportunity is now to push against it and force the deal, a la lcos, to be better or die. I will not accept it as if I am powerless to do anything (whether or not I truly am) and will not try to convince myself that 1.15 shares of 28% of a tracking stock is the same.
