Other than the fact he didn't call for a housing bubble, I suppose you have a point. He did say that about the only way that Greenspan could effect a recovery would be another bubble, like in housing. But that isn't exactly saying that he thought it should be done.

Unfortunately, the Bush administration thought it was a good idea. Hence the blame.
