I'm sorry they don't have maple. I'm not a maple lover, so I didn't notice it wasn't there. If it helps at all, the other flavors are marvelous- and the one bowl thing has totally seduced me. If you wrote to them they would probably add a maple if they could- they seem to be a very consumer oriented company (and they are very small, so they can probably respond better than a big company).
