There is an interesting Web Site which offers a model to calculate a "Value Point" for a stock by determining what amount one would have to invest in AAA Bonds to achieve the same return as buying a share of the company stock would yield over like periods. eduvest.com I have used it from time to time and find it useful for playing "what-if" games.
