crs: The USA contributes to the IMF. It doesn't "fund" it. You wouldn't want to see Asian economies fail which they could without IMF help as it would destroy world markets. World markets are interrelated and panic feeds off itself.

Deutsche Telekom's investment in VocalTech was decided upon because they believe that VOCLF is the leader in its field. Of course they have competition but they are still the best and I'm certain aren't standing still from an R&D/product development point of view.

Patience will be rewarded on this one.
