1) You are correct...I am not a legal specialist in the ways of the SEC and have never claimed to have such knowledge. I simply stated that I have no knowledge of such activity.

2) I expressed to Carl that I was being too hard on him and that his "rumor" was benign.

3) I don't know or care how long you have been on this thread but appreciate your comments regardless.

4) If I could govern with a "steel boot" through the typed word I would quit my job and be making my money elsewhere.

Anne--Carl's comment was benign. My point which I so ineloquently typed was to state simply that the information that I hear from an unknown source is just that.......info. from an unknown source. Perhaps it is my frustration that you are sensing. How does one person who posts on this thread (Joe average investor) know that the J/L process has been bumped another week?....or that we are now running our press releases by the SEC first?

The information isn't enough...without a source it is rumor.

I see no harm in the above two cases Anne, however, I still cannot justify their distribution without argument.

I do not see fit to silence you...I am not attempting to silence Carl or Larry or any of the others. I would think that you could appreciate another point of view on this thread. If you cannot...please feel free to ignore my comments. I had been under the impression that this thread was a joining of many voices on a single topic.

As far as "policing" goes....who is trying to silence who?
