Chrome won't open in Win10. It used to open, the first day that I loaded Win10, but now it won't. I have rebooted. I looked at TaskManager to see if it was there. It wasn't when I first rebooted, then after I clicked on it, it was there, but it would not open. I "Ended" it in TM, then tried to restart it. Nothing.

Anyone have any idea what is going on with this? FireFox starts up fine. Although it still doesn't serve live videos very well (either herky-jerky or even frozen images). It does Netflix fine though.
